Our mission is to detect, deter, and deny the ability of a malicious actor to harm schoolchildren, staff, students and faculty. Our vision is preventing school security incidents through analysis and action.

We are a self-funded company of retired Federal sworn security and intelligence officers having volunteered over 32,000 hours to schools and school districts keeping kids safe and secure.

2010- Robert Rosack, Patrick Kavanaugh, and David Vandeburg establish the company.

2015- Best of Colorado Springs Award for Other Business Services by the Colorado Springs Indy.

2015 -2017- The Rosack Group, LLC conducted a comprehensive security study, designated ARDENT KAITLYN, of 226 schools attended by El Paso County, Colorado and Hood County, Texas schoolchildren,

2018 - Conducting an applied statistics study of all school shootings to development forecasting and risk mitigation tools for school security and law enforcement.

Our founder

OUR History

Patrol/Surveillance Our investigators conduct security patrols to deter anyone thinking about harming kids. To do so, we have marked corporate vehicles and wear corporate uniforms so as noticable to threats.

Working in school security was supposed to be a short-term commitment, but it became a life-long journey. I'm so fortunate to have been given so much in my thirty-year career in the federal government that I can now dedicate serving my community, and others, safeguarding the lives of staff and schoolchildren, all while partnering with some of the most passionate and driven school district security professionals and law enforcement professionals in the country.
